It helps organizations implement flexible, people‑friendly hot‑desking by ensuring users can always find and reserve suitable desks, locate colleagues, and avoid wasted office space.

Ciriot has supported DeskMe with its Japan market-entry activities and with customer acquisition throughout 2025 with continuation during 2026.

A pilot project with an Osaka-based customer has been agreed and it will start during Q2 2026.
